Our model of nutrition coaching begins with a 50-minute virtual consultation and includes a nutrition crash-course webinar and weekly check-ins. You will collaborate with Courtney to develop a nutrition plan that meets your individual needs, supports your goals, and works with your lifestyle.
Together, you will identify any unique challenges and opportunities to maximize your efforts and work efficiently towards your goals. Courtney will provide you with personalized resources and communicate with you weekly to help you decipher biofeedback and adjust the action plan when needed.
